<description><![CDATA[LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe today announced his intent to grant 25 pardons.  An additional 13 clemency requests were denied and 34 had no action taken upon them.  These include requests from both inmates and non-inmates.

<title><![CDATA[Governor Beebe Participates in Welspun Grand Opening]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[India-based, pipe manufacturer Welspun recently dedicated its new $150-million facility at the Port of Little Rock. Welspun is the second-largest line pipe maker in the world, producing pipes used in oil and gas exploration and major manufacturing processes.  The Little Rock plant employs more than 300 people. It has the capacity to produce 350,000 tons of spiral pipe per year.
