LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe today announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:

Ronnie Baldwin, Wynne, to the Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board. Appointment expires September 30, 2015. New position.

Ken Bethge, Pine Bluff, reappointed to the Arkansas Building Authority Council. Appointment expires July 22, 2012.

Dexter Doyne, College Station, reappointed to the Arkansas Building Authority Council. Appointment expires July 22, 2012.

Dr. Ernie Enchelmayer, Russellville, to the Advisory Council for the Education of Gifted and Talented Children. Appointment expires July 20, 2102. Replaces Kim Cole.

Tobi Fairley, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers. Appointment expires April 26, 2014. New position.
