Governor Beebe Announces 23 Appointments To Boards And Commissions

LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe today announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:



Charlotte Britton, Hope, to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Appointment expires June 30, 2012. Replaces Lisa Williams.



Todd Burton, Jonesboro, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy. Appointment expires July 1, 2012.



Harry "H.G." Foster II, Conway, to the Arkansas Legislative Task Force on Abused and Neglected Children. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. New position.



Jana Hayes, Fort Smith, reappointed to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Appointment expires June 30, 2012.



Lynne Raney Hill, Camden, to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Appointment expires June 30, 2012.



Robert B. Hill, Prescott, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy. Appointment expires July 1, 2012.



Ronald Laurent, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Project Graduation Commission. Appointment expiration determined by the drawing of lots.



Chris Smith, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Legislative Task Force on Abused and Neglected Children. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. New position.



Susan Waggener, West Memphis to the Arkansas Project Graduation Commission. Appointment expiration determined by the drawing of lots.



Dr. Angie Waliski, Benton, to the Arkansas Legislative Task Force on Abused and Neglected Children. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. New position.



Donnie Whitten, Arkadelphia, to the Arkansas Project Graduation Commission. Appointment expiration determined by the drawing of lots.



To the Arkansas Alternative Energy Commission:



Dr. Stanley Baker, Fayetteville.

Kurt Castleberry, Little Rock.

Michael Drake, North Little Rock.

George Heintzen, Jr., Conway.

Chris Lander, Little Rock.



These appointees serve at the will of the governor.



To the Arkansas State Board of Massage Therapy:



Gregg Benefiel, Mountain View.

Lisa Douglas, Forrest City.
