Governor Beebe today participated in the Mars Petcare grand opening in Fort Smith. The LEED-certified facility will produce Cesar Canine Cuisine products for small dogs and will employ 200 people. Mars Petcare is the first LEED-certified pet-food manufacturing facility in the world.
