External Affairs 

The External Affairs Department acts as liaison for the Governor with citizens and various public service groups. In addition to advancing his public appearances, the department also has oversight of Minority Affairs and is a liaison to faith-based organizations and groups. This department coordinates volunteer and community initiatives and does outreach across Arkansas.
