Governor Hutchinson Appoints Judge Tabor as Special Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court

LITTLE ROCK – Governor Asa Hutchinson announced today the following appointment as Special Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court:

Honorable Judge Stephen Tabor, Fort Smith, as a Special Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Arkansas. CV-18-749 Hon. Mark Martin, in His Official Capacity as Secretary of State for the State of Arkansas v. Marion Humphrey et al. Replaces Chief Justice John Dan Kemp, who has disqualified himself from the case.

The Honorable Stephen Tabor currently serves as the Division 1 Circuit Judge for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, a position he has held since 2008. Judge Tabor is a graduate of Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
