Gov. Hutchinson Orders Arkansas Flag to Fly at Half-Staff in Memory of Lt. Kevin C. Mainhart
LITTLE ROCK – Governor Asa Hutchinson has ordered the flag of the State of Arkansas to be lowered to half-staff in tribute to the memory of Lieutenant Kevin C. Mainhart, a Yell County Sheriff’s Deputy, who was killed in the line of duty on Thursday, May 11, 2017. The flag will be flown at half-staff from May 12, 2017, to the day of interment.
