Gov. Hutchinson to Become IOGCC Chair Today; Media Availability with Oklahoma Gov. Fallin to Follow
LITTLE ROCK – Governor Asa Hutchinson will speak at the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission’s (IOGCC) three-day conference on Monday afternoon, where he will be named the IOGCC’s next chairman. A media availability will follow his remarks. Governor Hutchinson will be joined by the IOGCC’s outgoing chair, Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin.
During the presentation, Governor Hutchinson will focus on issues affecting the energy industry and where Arkansas stands in the national energy marketplace. Governor Hutchinson will also emphasize the importance of taking a balanced approach to setting the standard in innovation and regulation of our energy resources.
