Sanders Proclaims March 15th as Professional Bull Riders Day

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS COME – GREETINGS:

WHEREAS: For the 11th time in the sport’s history, PBR’s (Professional Bull Riders) premier ‘Unleash The Beast’ show will take place at Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, from March 15 to 16, 2024;

WHEREAS: The return of PBR’s ‘Unleash The Beast,’ tour to Little Rock in 2023 was one of the organization’s most dynamic individual seasons, as the premier series broke and reset numerous attendance and competition records en route to its most successful season to date, while also seeing prolific viewership on television;

WHEREAS: The event takes place over two nights where the top 40 bull riders in the world will go head-to-head;

WHEREAS: The top 40 competing riders will vie for crucial points in the race to be crowned the 2024 PBR World Championship, with the coveted gold buckle and $1 million as their reward, and;

WHEREAS: The upcoming event in Little Rock is anticipated to feature the best bull riders from around the world as contenders from the United States, Australia, Brazil, and Canada will travel to Arkansas to compete. They will be joined by some of the world’s top athletes, including many with ties to the Natural State.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS, Governor of the State of Arkansas, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the laws of the State of Arkansas, do hereby proclaim March 15, 2024, as

“Professional Bull Riders Day”
