LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has announced the following appointments to the Arkansas Cyber Response Board:

As established by Act 846, signed by Governor Sanders on April 13, 2023, the Arkansas Cyber Response Board was formed to administer the Arkansas Self-Funded Cyber Response Program to provide coverage for cybersecurity incidents, risks, damages, or losses caused by a cyberattack that are committed against a participating governmental entity.
The board will be chaired by Insurance Commissioner Alan McClain.
Chris Villines, of Benton, to the Arkansas Cyber Response Board. Term expires on August 30, 2029. New position established.
Mark Hayes, of Little Rock, to the Arkansas Cyber Response Board. Term expires on August 30, 2029. New position established.
Jordan Powell, of Little Rock, to the Arkansas Cyber Response Board. Term expires on August 30, 2029. New position established.
