Governor Sarah Sanders has proclaimed Pocahontas to be Arkansas’ “Capital for a Day” on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Pocahontas will momentarily serve as Arkansas’ seat of government while Governor Sanders and other senior state government officials visit and work there for the day.
